Took over 1month to get my order, didn't even give me a refund for both of them. And I can't even return the order. " orders will take around 3 weeks" mine took 5 weeks almost 6.

Our custom name necklaces are handcrafted with care and take approximately two weeks to create. After production, we ship orders from our office in Florida, and delivery typically takes an additional week.
