Photo pendants: The chain is waterproof, but we recommend keeping the pendant dry — avoid showering or swimming with it.

Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped. Name changes restart production, and photo adjustments are allowed before shipment. Contact us as soon as possible if you need edits.

Because all pieces are custom-made, we don't accept returns. However, we offer a one-time change policy before shipment if you need adjustments.

All U.S. orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage.
