This necklace is soooo cute and the Chain is soft and not like scratchy like others. I got the 18 because I’d rather a longer necklace then a shirt one choking me but this necklace goes longer as well but you can change it from shorter to longer so that a good thing. I can’t wait to wear it and show my boyfriend.

I love, love, LOVE, how my product came out. Customer service for one was amazing, didn’t think they would reply fast but they did!
When talking about changing the order midway they were beyond accommodative and helped me to the fullest extent possible. Shipping did take a while but that was totally on me for a change that I wanted to make due to not putting it on my original order the correct way at first.
Packaging came wonderfully beautiful, and I everything came out truly great. They provided a cloth for me to clean my necklace, and it shines nicely. The loop clasp is perfect! And the material of the chain couldn’t be more fire than what I expected.
The only two things I will note is that I did ask for an accent to be put on the letter A which would be (Á) but it is alright, I still love the product no matter what. The last thing is that when placing the order it did provide me with a free gift option, which I’m not too sure if it was included or not, I did pick out a piece from the options listed but again, nothing crazy, I am very happy with my product. It would have been a Vowel pendant or something like that but still, I’m just happy to see that this store on instagram is legit and true to what they say. I love it!
They were excellent with the service they provided me and I look forward to buying from them in the future!
