Is it okay to wear my necklace in water?
Yes, our custom name necklaces are made of 316L stainless steel, which is water-resistant and won't rust or tarnish when exposed to water. However, to keep your necklace in its best condition, we recommend taking it off before prolonged exposure to water, such as swimming or showering.
How long will it take for my necklace to arrive?
Our custom name necklaces are handcrafted with care and take approximately two weeks to create. After production, we ship orders from our office in Florida, and delivery typically takes an additional week.
