Upload your favorite photo and choose your pendant and chain options. Before production, our team prepares your picture by enhancing clarity, adjusting the crop and centering the important details so it fits your custom photo pendant as well as possible.
Yes — many older photos, screenshots and phone pictures can still make beautiful personalized pendants. Clear, well-lit photos usually give the sharpest result, but your picture does not have to be perfect. We prepare each image and improve cropping, centering and clarity where possible.
Absolutely. Customers create CustomGLD pieces from memorial photos, family pictures, kids, couples, pets, graduation photos and other meaningful memories. If the picture matters to you, we can help turn it into custom photo jewelry you can keep close.
Most orders take about 2–3 weeks from order to delivery because each personalized photo pendant is made to order. You can follow your order through production and delivery on our order tracking page.
Standard size works well for everyday wear. If your photo includes several people or lots of small details, a larger pendant gives the picture more room. You can compare pendant styles and sizes when you customize your necklace.
A chain is included with your custom photo pendant, and additional chain styles and lengths are available while customizing. Our stainless-steel chains are made for everyday wear. To keep the plated pendant looking its best, we recommend keeping the pendant itself away from water, perfume and heavy sweat.
Contact us as quickly as possible. Our Breakup Assurance policy includes one free photo change before the order reaches production. Send us your order number through our contact page and we'll check the order status for you.
We stand behind our custom pieces. If your pendant does not match the design you ordered or something went wrong during production, contact us with your order number and a photo of the piece. We'll review it and make it right when the issue is on our end.
