Welcome to CustomGLD. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

CustomGLD sells custom, handmade photo and name jewelry. You must be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian) to place an order.

2. Custom, Made-to-Order Products

Every piece is handmade to order based on the photo, text, and options you provide. Because of this:

• Please review your order carefully before submitting — your photo, spelling, names, dates, and selections are used exactly as provided.
• You get one free change before your piece ships (see our Refund & Returns Policy). Once an order ships, it can't be changed or cancelled.
• Handmade pieces may vary slightly from on-screen previews. Photo enhancement, color, and finish are done by hand to look their best as jewelry, and small natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

3. Your Photos & Content

When you upload a photo or provide text for your custom piece, you confirm that:

• You own the photo or have the right to use it, and using it doesn't violate anyone else's rights.
• You give CustomGLD permission to use, edit, and enhance your photo solely to create your order. We don't use your photos for marketing without your permission (see our Privacy Policy).
• Your content isn't unlawful, offensive, or infringing. We reserve the right to decline any order containing content we consider inappropriate or that we cannot lawfully produce.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in USD and may change at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed.
• Promotions and discount codes can't be combined unless stated, and may be modified or ended at any time.
• Payment is processed securely at checkout. By ordering, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship free within the USA via USPS. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your piece is made. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier, though we'll always help track down a lost or stuck package.

6. Returns, Warranty & Cancellations

Our full Refund & Returns Policy — including our 1-Year Warranty, Breakup Assurance, and cancellation terms — is available here and is part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — logos, images, text, designs, and branding — is owned by CustomGLD and may not be copied or used without our written permission. The custom piece you order is yours; our brand, site, and content are ours.

8. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our products come with the 1-Year Warranty described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Beyond that, our products and website are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, CustomGLD isn't liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our products or site, and our total liability for any order won't exceed the amount you paid for that order.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first — we resolve nearly every situation quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first (especially for orders that are in production, in transit, or already delivered) may delay resolution. We keep full records — order timelines, tracking, and delivery confirmation — and will respond to disputes accordingly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its update date. Continued use of our site means you accept any changes.
