Got scare for a second that I thought I got scam but it arrived
I ordered a regular size pendant and I received this big pendant that I can’t wear because it’s so big and I’ve reached out to them 3 times and no one has help me and I’m very disappointed as this was my 1st time placing and order because this was my sister 4yr anniversary of her passing and this was my gift and now I can’t wear it nor is no one trying to assist with a return please don’t order from them there customer service is very poor and distasteful
I ordered two necklaces when they have wings on it in the back of your post to say mother and daughter, but you guys have not put it on there. I requested for that. but otherwise the pictures look amazing on there so I was trying to see if I order another necklace necklace that I ordered if I can get a discount on the necklace since you got to put the right on the back

The actual chain length was to small. Other than that I love the pendant and the picture is spot on.
I am very pleased with my order! Everything arrived on time and was packaged well. The product was exactly what I expected, and the quality was great.
Production took over 1 month. Ordered July 29 and it delivered 8/31, never got my email confirmation or updates on why it was taking so long..I had to reach out online to get an update and it said usually 18 days yet when I inquired we were on day 21 & they didn’t even start
It took a while to get here, but I’m very satisfied it was worth the wait
