The work on this piece is very professional, I live you guys work, it look like your staff put in alot of time and effort an I appreciate it, but two of my orders have the wrong size, my circle pendants supposed to xl circle pendants these don't look like XL pendants circles
I absolutely love my chain and pendant the only thing that i didn’t like was how photoshopped my picture i used looked because i can’t see the tattoo on my person face its blurred out almost but i probably should’ve chosen a diff picture but everything overall was great ! I still love it !
Had a discount code that didn't apply to my order. when I reached out to customer service they kept saying they would help and never did. This was very frustrating to not get the proper response..

This the first I ever have to leave a review on something. Customer service is awful. After seeing the recent reviews I know now it wasn’t just me. It seems they only respond to reviews that benefit them and ignore the ones that don’t. I put an order in on May 4th. Got an update May 15th. Never got any other update.I had gotten in contact on June 4th they said they would reach out to sort it out. I had to reach out again on the 7th since they never did. Asked for a refund and they denied. The next day on the 8th I get an update that it’s finally on its way. When I tried tracking it said it was getting delivered in Texas.Im in CA so I reached out and they completely ignored.Never responded. I tried keeping an open mind and waited. I had ordered 3 necklace. 2 of them double layered with a charm. They barely arrived this week. All 3 in one box tangled up and incorrect.The 2 necklaces didn’t arrive double lined with a charm. On the 17th I got in contact they said they would sort it out and get back to me. I asked for a refund. Today is the 19th, once again they ignored and have not responded. I spent $60 on these 3 necklaces that were meant for a gift. Just to arrive very late and wrong. This was my third time ordering from them.Never again. Was super unexpected about receiving this treatment.
